Traditional mobile wood fired pizza

We are proud to present Cacciatores a traditional wood fired Pizza company based in Essex, this is the original street food dating back to Roman Times. 

Cacciatores can provide authentic Wood Fired pizza to your wedding, event, party or show. Our pizza is cooked the traditional way in a wood fired oven, this requires careful management to provide the 450 C temperature required. The results are worth it, the pizza is cooked  quickly with an essence of woodsmoke which is unachievable by many of the off the shelf pizza ovens available.

Our Company is named after Gabriella’s mama, Antonietta Cacciatore who was the inspiration behind the dream. Antonietta emigrated to England from Sicily in 1961, and bought with her the skills and knowledge of pizza making. This knowledge was passed to Gabriella with many weekends spent making and cooking pizza.

Our pizza is made from scratch on site, the dough is hand stretched, the toppings chosen by our clients applied and then cooked in our wood fired pizza oven.

Antonietta is no longer with us, but her spirit and cooking heritage lives on in Cacciatores Wood Fired Pizza.
